Got this item to spice up our anniversary - it was very easy to use but pulled a few of DH's hairs - oops! The ring takes what looks like a regular old bullet, which at first I thought might be clunky but turned out to be the perfect size to provide anatomically correct stimulation. We found it worked best in lady-on-top and missionary position.
