Not much can be said about a feather except that it feels good and can be used for sensation play, and that this one is quite nice, very thick and full. You could blindfold your partner (let them see some nasty toys first) and then surprise then with this. Make sure to tie them down if they are ticklish, which would be absolute torture to some people! But, be kind and give them a safe word!
